Writer Biography: Ryan Prior

 

Ryan Prior,  Associate Editor

Ryan Prior was a founder of the Georgia Political Review and served as Editor-in-Chief for seven months. He then interned at Newsweek and the Daily Beast for six months, working under former George W. Bush speechwriter David Frum. He returns to UGA for his last semester, from which he’ll serve as a Collegiate Correspondent for USA Today and a Security Leadership Fellow at the Center for International Trade and Security. As Editor-in-Chief Emeritus, he will direct GPR’s Cross-Aisle Conversations project. His reporting and commentary have also appeared in The American Conservative and Real Clear Politics.
